Well organized, excellent attention, professional guide. Safe and highly recommended. The minimum age is 12 years, but young people and adults will enjoy the adventure anyway, although some will be scared when they reach the river, it will pass quickly, and you will not forget it!!!
We went rafting down the Petrohue. Is incredible!! The guides are very professional and put more energy into the rapids. It is by far one of the best things we did in Puerto Varas. I recommend it 100%!!!
I highly recommend a tour with them! We did an afternoon rafting tour. As my Spanish is not proficient enough, I was happy that they also provided a boat where the guide spoke very good English. It was a lot of fun, stunning landscape and although we were very afraid beforehand, we never felt unsafe during the trip. In case we ever end up there again, we’ll be happy to book another tour. A great experience with the great team of “Alsur Expeditions”. The landscape is incredible, due to the eruption of the Calbuco volcano, the route was shortened, so we jumped twice, making the trip even better. The photos of very good quality and to finish a delicious snack. I blindly recommend this beautiful experience…
Great guides, equipment and general set up. We did the kayaking in reloncavi fjord which was nice but the weather was not playing game. Rafting on the Petrohué River was outstanding.
